Senior Leadership Coach
Yvonne has been partnering with senior leaders, especially women in senior leadership roles, since 2005. She also specialises in leadership development, with a particular focus on women in leadership positions.
Yvonne works with senior leaders and professionals across New Zealand and around the globe, especially Australasia, the Pacific, Asia and further afield, in many sectors, including accountancy and law, banking and finance, insurance, manufacturing, FMCG, government, construction, pharmaceutical and retail. She is on several coaching panels in the corporate and public sector including being a member of the Facilitation and Coaching Panels for the NZ Government central agency, The Leadership Development Centre.
She was the inaugural Programme Director for the New Zealand Global Women, BreakThrough Leaders Programme, a programme she developed, established and led for three years from 2010 – 2013. She has since developed and led successful women in leadership and general leadership programmes for corporate clients and a NZ Government Ministry.
With a wealth of top-level experience in law and the corporate world (including as the lead awyer and member of the UK Exec team of a multinational IT company for 8 years), she understands about high achievement, how organisations work and the pressures that individuals within those organisations experience. Her objective as a coach is to partner with the individual as they work towards achieving their successful outcomes.
