How does coaching work?

In carefully facilitated conversations, your coach will help you to explore your current challenges, sift through options, identify possibilities and get into more effective action. Your unique context and circumstances will determine the focus of the coaching. 

Sessions are private and highly confidential. This is paramount to the partnership.

A coaching partnership provides series of coaching session delivered via zoom. You and your coach decide the best pace of coaching for you.

You would think that seeing and understanding what needs to change would result in taking action. But this is NOT the case. Insight does not equal action! We are brilliant at rationalisations and make excuses to avoid the work of change.  We need help to embed the personal and leadership habits that will help us succeed and enjoy life more. This takes time and reminders. We recommend a minimum of 5 sessions.
